Love it! Doesn't get the recognition it deserves! Small little town in the middle of the city! Perfect for pictures and leisurely strolls! The pharmacy is super cute with shakes, malts, and soda. The general store is fun too! Cute place for simple experiences! !

I went to the 'Tulips at Twilight' event with my grown daughter and we both throughly enjoyed ourselves. The lights were gorgeous in the woodland setting, with colored accent lights highlighting gnarly trees, ponds, and textile sculptures. We got some ice cream at the Drug Store in Old Praire Town to enjoy as we wandered through the botanic wonderland. Kudos to all the folks that pulled this off. It was fabulous.

An absolutely stunning public garden for all ages to enjoy. Well maintained paved pathways allow all ages and abilities to navigate some of the most diverse and beautiful botanicals in the entire region. Nestled next to old prairie town, this wonderful park is a great tandem family weekend (or weekday) adventure! Restrooms and general store are located on the premises so accommodations aren't far! Topeka has it going on!

A nice little spot to see a beautiful botanical garden. Also get to see old Prairie town on the Oregon trail good place to visit if you have a little time if you’re ever in Topeka, Kansas

Very beautiful park to walk around. We went on a weekend so didn't do the tour, but had a fun time exploring the grounds. The botanical gardens are large, with gorgeous walking paths and fish ponds. The historic buildings are cool as well and there's plaques to explain the background of each one. The staff at the General Store and the Drug Store were really friendly and helpful. We had an awesome time.
